Free written estimates, no obligation, and nobody calling you five times afterward.
Ed walks the job himself, tells you what he finds, and puts a number to it in writing with the prep and the paint broken out separately.

Estimates can often be scheduled outside these hours. Ask when you call.

What to have ready when you call
Not required, but it makes the first conversation more useful.
- Roughly which rooms or which elevations you are thinking about.
- Whether the walls have wallpaper on them, or have had it in the past.
- Roughly when the house was built, because anything before 1978 changes how we work.
- Whether you are living in the house during the work.
- Whether there is a date you are working toward, a settlement, a lease, or an event.
What happens after you get in touch
Ed calls you back and asks a few questions to work out whether it is worth him coming out.
A walkthrough at the property, usually thirty to forty-five minutes, where he looks at what is under the current finish rather than just measuring rooms.
You get a written estimate with the preparation and the painting priced separately. If you want to change the scope, that gets repriced without a fuss.
If you decide to go ahead, we book a date. If you decide not to, that is fine and you will not hear from us again unless you get in touch.
